My name is Katja Antoine, and I am CSW’s Program and Research Developer. I am currently participating in a year-long professional development program (PDP) offered for staff by Campus Human Resources. As part of my capstone project for the program, I am developing a proposal for a CSW Faculty & Research Development Program. The objectives for this program are to support a community of feminist UCLA faculty and their research (i.e., both the researcher—the person—and the research), to promote engagement in CSW’s governance structure, and to support a broader pedagogical mission of promoting feminist scholarship on campus.
I am conducting a survey to get a sense for what types of support you would value and partake of.
