Penny Kanner Dissertation Research Fellowship

The UCLA Center for the Study of Women (CSW) is now accepting applications for the first annual Penny Kanner Dissertation Research Fellowship. CSW will award one $3,000 scholarship to an exceptional dissertation research project pertaining to women or gender that uses historical materials and methods. In order to be eligible, applicant must be enrolled in a PhD program at UCLA and must submit a dissertation prospectus on women and/or gender which makes use of historical materials and methods. Jean Stone Dissertation Research Fellowship

The UCLA Center for the Study of Women (CSW) is accepting applications for the Jean Stone Dissertation
Research Fellowship. CSW will award one $3000 grant to help fund an exceptional graduate student dissertation
research project focusing on women or gender. Student must be registered and enrolled in a Ph.D. program at
UCLA and have advanced to candidacy by one month before award deadline. Students who advance to candidacy
after the deadline are not eligible.
