The UCLA Center for the Study of Women (CSW) invites applicants for the 2013 Dissertation Writing Retreat to take place on the weekend of June 21 to 23. Last year this intensive “lock-in” proved to be a great success for those preparing, outlining, beginning, or finishing their dissertations. We have twenty spaces available. In order to best facilitate this event, we ask that you send an email to CSW ([log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>) no later than Thursday, May 24, 2013, with the following information: Name, Department, Confirmation of ABD Status (date prospectus defended), your writing goal for the weekend, and which days of the retreat you can attend. Please put “CSW Dissertation Writing Retreat (YOUR LAST NAME)” in the subject heading. We will announce acceptances on Friday, May 31st via email. We have provided a tentative schedule below.
